Commercial & Residential Projects

		Howard Group – Commercial & Residential Projects NSF has undertaken some exciting project with the Howard Group including one of the largest residential projects on the Gold Coast. Over 6,000m2 of the DecoFlake product was applied within the complexes 400 apartments, townhouses and private villas.
		Mother Duck Childcare Centres – Child Care Centres throughout Queensland NSF has worked with many Child Care operators and has undertaken the rejuvenation of the flooring for Mother Duck Childcare Centres in Brisbane. The seamless epoxy floor coating solutions provided by NSF has given the owners and parents of the centre the comfort in knowing that the flooring is germ resistant and hygienic.
		CIC Constructions – Commercial & Industrial Contractors CIC Constructions have appointed NSF to several projects providing and cost effective solution to their commercial and industrial flooring requirements. The latest project, a $3m commercial office and showroom development at Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.
		Gold Coast City Council – Public Restroom Rejuvenation Program NSF works closely and ongoing with Gold Coast City Council working to rejuvenate the condition of the city’s public restroom facilities with the application of our seamless flooring products to both the floors and walls. Our products prove to be ideal for the facilities assisting to cut costs associated with cleaning and prevention and removal of graffiti.
		Sphere Residential Living – Residential Project, Southport, QLD Sphere, a unique master planned residential community set in the heart of Southport, was one of our largest individual projects and took a combined 8 months to complete in three stages. The project required a 6000m2 application of our seamless DecoFlake flooring system to be applied to the balconys, podiums and patios areas of over 400 apartments, townhouses and private villas.
